トラクト イースターって・・・?
What is Easter? Be Blessed
(Iisutah tte? Be Blessed)
Ralph and Miho Clatworthy
Recently you can see Easter mentioned in Japanese stores. Many countries have Easter traditions, some that include coloring eggs red. But what does it mean? Two thousand years ago there was a man in Israel who performed miracles, healed the sick, expelled demons, and fed thousands. His name is Jesus Christ. He never did wrong and always helped people. But the Jewish leaders were jealous and condemned him to die on a cross. His body was put in a tomb with a big rock as a door. Three days later his disciples discovered that his body had disappeared from the tomb. He had come alive again. His resurrection is a real event in history. Many people saw him alive, including 500 at one time. Christians the world over celebrate Jesus' resurrection at Easter. The egg represents the truth that believing in Jesus gives us new life. The red color represents the blood of Jesus that he shed when he died on the cross. All people are separated from God because of our sinful hearts. The Bible says God loved us so much that He sent His Son Jesus who died on the cross to save all people from their sin by taking the punishment for our sin in our place. Then he rose to be our savior. Easter is not just in the past. Jesus gives us hope in this life now. Quotes John 11:25; Romans 6:4; John 3:16. God wants to forgive your sins, give you new life and fill your heart with his love. Believe in Jesus and enjoy new life. Prayer for receiving Christ. If you pray this prayer, go to a nearby church and talk to the pastor and enjoy reading the Bible every day. Then you will have not just a Happy Easter, but an eternal Happy Easter Life. 100x200mm size. Pack of 50.
